Spiders

Spiders commonly build webs around windows, eaves, garages, storage areas, patios, and other locations where insect prey is plentiful. Most species are primarily a nuisance, but some may pose a bite risk. Recurring webs, egg sacs, or indoor sightings may also indicate favorable hiding areas and an ongoing supply of insects around the property.

Wasps

Ants frequently enter properties while searching for food, water, and suitable nesting areas. Household ants may contaminate food, fire ants can deliver painful stings, and carpenter ants may damage moisture-affected wood. Treating visible trails alone may not eliminate a colony hidden inside walls, soil, or landscaping.

Mosquitoes

Mosquitoes breed around standing water and rest in shaded, humid areas near patios, yards, vegetation, and outdoor structures. Heavy mosquito activity can make exterior spaces uncomfortable and increase exposure to mosquito-borne illness. Neglected standing water may continually produce new mosquitoes around the property.

Bed Bugs

Bed bugs hide in mattress seams, bed frames, furniture joints, baseboards, luggage, and narrow cracks near places where people rest. Their bites may cause itching and irritation, while untreated infestations can spread into additional rooms, furniture, clothing, and personal belongings, making the problem increasingly difficult to resolve.

Ants

Ants frequently enter properties while searching for food, water, and suitable nesting areas. Household ants may contaminate food, fire ants can deliver painful stings, and carpenter ants may damage moisture-affected wood. Treating visible trails alone may not eliminate a colony hidden inside walls, soil, or landscaping.

Rodents

Rats and mice enter homes and businesses through small gaps before nesting in attics, walls, garages, and storage areas. They may contaminate food and surfaces with urine, droppings, and saliva while damaging insulation, packaging, wood, and other materials through constant gnawing. Ignoring signs such as droppings, scratching noises, or gnaw marks may allow the population and property damage to grow.

Roaches

Roaches often hide in kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, wall voids, and other areas where food, warmth, and moisture are available. Their droppings, saliva, and shed body parts may trigger allergies or worsen asthma symptoms. An untreated infestation may spread into additional rooms, contaminate food-contact areas, and become increasingly difficult to control as the population grows.
